摘要
外墙窗口部位渗水的原因很多,有片面追求室内窗台宽度、结构洞口与窗框(或副框)间空隙的封堵环节薄弱、采用"后塞口"安装外窗和外窗台"倒坡"等。解决措施包括在设计上完善节点构造做法,在施工上加强现场管理力度等。
Many factors may cause water penetration at windows on external wall, such as excessive indoor windowsill width, weak packing of clearance between structure opening and window frame （or subframe）, ＂post- inserting＂ installation of external window and ＂adverse slope＂ of external windowsill, etc. Correction measures are to improve the node structure and construction method during design and to strengthen field construction management, so as to obtain favorable construction effect.
