施工资料必须具有较强的真实性、及时性和完整性,管理好施工资料与建设好工程是同等重要的。做好工程技术资料管理工作,对保证工程结构安全和使用功能,提高工程质量有着十分重要的意义。
Construction materials must have a strong authenticity, timeliness and completeness of data and manage the construction and building project is equally important.
