IGF-1诱导神经干细胞向少突胶质细胞分化的机制

摘要 目的 IGF-1重组表达载体转染大鼠脊髓源性神经干细胞。方法采用Western印迹和RT-PCR方法,检测ERK及即早基因c-fos、c-jun表达变化。结果 IGF-1开始表达后,神经干细胞中磷酸化ERK表达量逐渐增高,其特异性抑制剂PD98059可阻断这种增高作用;即早基因c-fos、c-jun的表达及对抑制剂PD98059的反应与ERK变化一致。结论 MAK-ERK信号途径在神经干细胞向少突胶质细胞分化过程中起重要作用。
