摘要
MQC-75型清仓机及后配套自动压滤系统应用于神华宁夏煤业集团有限责任公司羊场湾煤矿水仓清理工作,该系统可一次完成井下水仓煤泥的清挖、搅拌、脱水、装车的全过程,实现了水仓清挖的机械化作业,减轻了工人的劳动强度,提高了工作效率,为水仓作业创造了良好的安全条件,并取得了较好的经济技术效果。
MQC-75 type cleaning machine and backup supporting automatic pressure filtration system is applied in cleaning coal slurry of Yangchangwan coalmine of Shenhua Ningxia Coal Industry Group Co.,Ltd.The system can complete the whole process of silt-cleaning,mixing,dehydration and loading simultaneously,which achieved mechanized operation of cleaning coal slurry,reduced the labor intensity of workers,and raised the working efficiency,which created a good safety conditions for sump operation,and achieved good economic and technological effects.
