摘要
从数控机床加工弧齿锥齿轮的一般原则出发,分析了在加工弧齿锥齿轮的过程中机床、刀具和工件的运动关系。使用VERICUT软件模拟了加工过程并做了实验。实验证明弧齿锥齿轮能适应CNC机床的加工方式,并能确保高质量、特别是小批量生产。
From the general principle of numerical control machine processing spiral bevel gears,we analyzed the movement relationship among machine tool,cutting tool and work piece in its process.The processing procedure was simulated using VERICUT software and experiment was done.Experiment shows spiral bevel gears can adapt processing way of CNC machine tools,and ensure high quality,especially small batch production.
