摘要
近年来在媒体曝光的消费类问题中,建筑问题是一个极其主要的问题。同时,房屋建筑的渗漏问题及其危害性也越来越多的引起人们的注意。特别是对已经交付使用的建筑物,如果出现渗漏现象,不仅仅恶化了工作和生活环境,并且还将会缩短建筑物的使用寿命。建筑防水是一门实用性很强的工程技术,对建筑工程的使用功能起着至关重要的作用。
In recent years,construction problems have been major among consumer issues of media exposure.Meanwhile,the leakage problem of housing construction and its harmfulness are also more and more concerned by people.Especially buildings which have been delivered for use,if they leakage phenomenon appeared not only worsen the working and living environment,but also shorten the service life of the building.Building waterproofing is the engineering technology with strong practice,and plays a crucial role in the use function of architecture engineering.
