Under the current market economy,electrical power-related construction enterprise is facing competition from various trades.The most effective way to keep itself unbeatable and growing up is to reinforce cost management and provide owner with product of high quality,low cost and short-term construction period.In consideration of the current low cost strategy,the enterprise aiming at conducting cost management and control during the complete construction process shall follow the policy of target management,combination of responsibilities,rights and interests,comparison between income and expenditure,overall control.Meanwhile,the enterprise shall attach most importance to the dynamic control of the construction process and adopt principle of exception.
