摘要
经营管理层作为家族企业核心团队成员为组织目标实现承担着主要责任。但是,家族企业所有者对于经营管理层的不信任却是后者在贡献努力时遭遇的尴尬。笔者从家族企业成长阈限之本质、家族企业信任特征角度对问题进行分析,进而探讨信任机制难以长久的原因,最后提出自己关于建立信任机制的一点见解,以期对家族企业建言献策。
Managers in Family Business takes a role part in its tusks.Otherwise,the owners trust the managers so little that the latter often encounter the embarrassing conditions.The writer researched the bottlenecks and essences as begin,and pointed that their little trust in managers was vital to their development.At the end of the article,the writer tried to suggest that Family Business owners should build some kind of stable trust mechanism.
