关中—天水经济区外语经贸人才调查研究

Research on the Foreign Trade Personnel in Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone

本文通过实证及样本调研,分析了关中天水经济区外经人才的现状及制约因素。同时,对区内高等院校在人才培养模式等方面进行样本调查。力图从需求与供给两方面寻求满足关天经济区对外经人才的需求及培养外经人才的最佳途径。

In this paper,through the empirical and sample research,the status of foreign trade personnel in Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone and constraints are analyzed.Meanwhile,the paper makes sample survey of the personnel training mode of institutions of higher learning in this area,and tries to find the best way to meet the demands for the foreign trade personnel from the demand and supply and to develop foreign trade personnel.
