摘要
本文基于Vericut平台,以配备华中数控系统的VMC850B四轴联动加工中心为例详细介绍了机床运动模型构建和数控系统创建的过程,并通过设置毛坯,指定刀位轨迹文件,配置相应参数,成功实现了叶轮加工过程的仿真。
Based on Vericut platform,taking the VMC850B four-axis machining center of Huazhong CNC system for example,the machine tool building and the creation process of CNC system are introduced,and the impeller machining process simulation is successful implemented by setting blank,appointing the tool path files,and configuring the appropriate parameters.
