本文提出应通过制定图书馆职业资格认证制;加强馆员职业道德规范和继续教育;引进不同专业人才。
The chief purpose of this thesis is to explore effective approaches to improve university librarians＇ inner quality.Four different methods are discussed namely setting up library professional certification system,strengthening librarians＇ professional code of ethics and further education,bringing in various professionals,and adjusting specialty structures.
