高校后勤财务管理主要存在产权不明晰、目标不明确、成本不规范、核算体系不完善、人员业务素质不高等问题,为了进一步提高高校后勤财务管理的水平,必须制定完善的财务管理制度、明确财务管理目标、推行后勤全成本核算、进行全面预算管理,提高财务人员业务水平与素质。
