筛窦中部水平断面的解剖学研究

ANATOMIC STUDY ON MIDDLE HORIZONTAL SECTIONS OF ETHMOIDS

目的 为临床筛窦手术提供解剖学依据。方法 利用ＣＭＩＡＳ真彩色医学图像分析仪对５０个（１００ 侧）成年颅骨筛窦中部水平断面进行观测。结果 ①筛窦中部水平断面呈前窄后宽的纺棰形，该切面筛窦长３８．９３±５．０１ｍ ｍ ；筛窦前部、中部、后部的宽分别是１２．０９±２．０４ｍ ｍ 、１３．１８±２．０５ｍ ｍ 、１２．８３±３．１１ｍ ｍ 。②前、后筛窦的面积分别为１５１．５１±４６．７３ｍ ｍ ２、２５５．３１±７３．５１ｍ ｍ ２。③中鼻甲基板厚度为０．１８±０．０７ｍ ｍ ，宽度为１２．７２±２．４５ｍ ｍ 。结论 筛窦手术应注意筛窦的形态特点，并控制手术操作范围，避免损伤周围结构。

Objective In order to provide the anatomic data for ethmoidectomy.Method Using color medical imagine analysis system,the middle horizontal sections of ethmoids were observed and measured on 50 adult skulls.Result The shape of middle horizontal sections of ethmoid was like an egg,its length was 38.93±5.01mm,its width was 12.09±2.04mm in anterior part,13.18±2.05mm in middle part,12.83±3.11mm in posterior part. The posterior ethmoid was larger than the anterior ethmoid,with areas of 255.31±73.51mm 2 and 151.51±46. 73mm 2 respectively. The middle nasal concha was 0.18±0.07mm in thickness; 12.72±2.45mm in width.Conclusion The operative extend must be controlled in ethmoidectomy,otherwise,some structures around ethmoid would be imaged.
