补抑降压汤治疗原发性高血压病临床观察

摘要 近年来,人民生活水平明显提高,营养过盛加之生活节奏加快及各种不利的环境因素的影响,高血压患病率逐年增长,其中虽以老年人为患病高危人群,然则越来越多的中青年甚至少年也纷纷成为高血压患病人群。高血压病动脉硬化构成了核心因素,具体表现为:高压(收缩压)高,低压(舒张压)低、压差增大,这些特点为临床治疗带来了新的挑战,成了焦点、难点。 People's living standards has improved obviously in recent years.Influenced by excessive nutrient,fast-paced life and all kinds of adverse environmental factors,so morbidity rate of hypertension increases year by year.Although old people are high-risk groups,more and more young and middle-aged people and even the young people also have become groups of hypertension.Hypertension atherosclerosis constitutes the core factors,and the specific performance is that high pressure(systolic blood pressure) is high,hypopiesia is low and pressure difference increases.These features have brought new challenges for clinical treatment,and become the focus and difficulties[1].
