In recent years,food safety incidents occur frequently throughout the country,which shows China＇s food security is in a period of high risk and the period that contradictions highlights.How to achieve the scientific and effective monitoring of food safety and ensure food security for the people has got the unprecedented concern and attention of community.The paper analyzed many problems in China＇s food safety supervision,and actively explored realistic,effective and scientific regulatory approach.
