随着我国社会进入转型期,改革步入深水区,社会保障问题受到了人们的广泛关注。我国非营利组织近年来迅猛发展,它在社会保障领域内发挥的作用日益显现。本文从非营利组织在社会保障领域内发挥的重要作用出发,阐述了非营利组织在参与社会保障过程中面临的问题并分析了原因,最后简要提出了完善非营利组织参与社会保障的相关对策。

As our society coming into the age of social transformation,reformation coming into the deeper level,social security has caught people＇s attention.Chinese Non-profit organization has developed rapidly in recent years,and it plays an important role in social security increasingly.Firstly,this article introduced that the Non-profit organization played the important role in society security.Secondly,it described the problems that the Non-profit organization participated in the area of social security and analyzed the reasons.Lastly,the article briefly put forward the related measures of the Non-profit organizations participating in social security.
