简述硫印、热酸蚀、电解腐蚀、冷酸蚀和枝晶腐蚀5种低倍检验方法,其中枝晶腐蚀低倍检验方法,能够清晰地显示连铸坯的凝固组织和缺陷,该方法是研究连铸坯缺陷,提高钢材质量的最佳选择方法。并通过不同检验方法对比图例来证明枝晶腐蚀低倍检验方法的优越性。
5 macroscopic examination methods of sulphur print,hot etching,electrolytic acid cleaning etching,cold etching and dendrite corrosion were summarized.Dendritical etching is able to illustrate clearly the solidification structures and its defects of casting slabs.It is the best choice to study the slab defect and improve slab quality.The advantage of dendrite corrosion is proved by comparing the testing illustrations with different methods.
