摘要
以双三羟甲基丙烷、丙烯酸为原料,负载型催化剂——pTSA/ZrO2/Mo-MCM-41为催化剂,甲苯为溶剂,对苯二酚作为阻聚剂,用直接酯化法合成双三羟甲基丙烷丙烯酸酯.经过考察反应温度、酸醇物质量的配比、催化剂用量、阻聚剂等因素对产品酯化率的影响.设计正交实验,总结出较适宜的实验方案,酯化率最高可达到98.5%,产品为浅黄色黏稠液体,并用红外光谱方法进行了定性分析.
This article describes double trimethylolpropane acrylic ester synthesized from Di-TMP and acid by acid alcohol esterifiacation method. The influences of reaction conditions, such as reactant proportion,the level of polymerization inhibitor, reactant concentration and catalyst level were studied. With the help of the arrangement of orthogonal experimental design, the suitable experimental strategy was summarized. The product has pale color and its yield of product is 98%. The product was qualitative analyzed by IR.
