摘要
根据实验结果并通过计算、论证,决定将该起重机副钩的额定起重量由原来的5 t提高到8 t,改造后的副卷扬起重量比原设计增加了60%。根据改造技术要求,经对该起重机结构和机构相关部分的改造设计、核算,使原QDY32/5 tt-25.5-A7起重机能满足生产需要并符合国家标准.
Based on the experimental results, calculation and demonstration, decided to use the crane hook of rated capacity from 5 to 8 tons. the Deputy roll lift weight increased by 60% than the original design after the transformation.
