一种符合人眼视觉特性的无参考图像边缘质量评价方法

摘要 针对图像边缘模糊的失真状况,提出一种基于人眼视觉特性的无参考质量评价方法.利用描述人眼视觉敏感特性的视觉敏感度函数对检测出的噪声图像进行加权,得到符合主观评价结果的无参考质量评价值,验证了该方法具有无参考和主客观评价一致等特点. For the image edge blurring, a method of no-reference image quality evaluation base on the human visual property is proposed. The human visual sensitivity function is used to weight the noise images detected,so the value of the no-reference quality assessment is obtained. It is proved that this method has the characteristics of no-reference and consistence of subjective and objective evaluation.
