知识、态度、行为干预对糖尿病足患者生活质量影响的临床研究

Influence of Knowledge-attitude-practice Intervention on Quality of Life in Patients with Diabetic Foot

目的探讨知识、态度、行为(KAP)干预对糖尿病足(DF)患者生活质量的影响。方法 168例DF高危患者随机分成试验组和对照组,试验组在常规护理基础上进行KAP干预,对照组仅实施常规护理。比较干预前及干预后3个月患者的KAP得分及生活质量得分的变化。结果干预3个月,试验组KAP得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组在生理职能、精力、情感职能、精神健康、总体健康等方面得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对DF高危患者进行针对性的KAP干预可提高其生活质量。

Objective To know the effect of knowledge-attitude-practice（KAP） intervention on quality of life in patients with diabetes foot. Methods All of 168 patients were randomly divided into the observe group and the control group. KPA was used in the observe group, and the control group did not accepted KPA. After 3 months, compared the difference of quality of life of the two groups. Result There was significantly higher KAP score in the observe group than that of the control group（P〈0.05）, and there was significantly higher quality of life score in the observe group than that of the control group（P〈0.05）, too. Conclusion KAP can improve the quality of life in patients with diabetes foot.
