中西结合诊治早中期原发慢性肾脏病的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Integrative Medicine in Diagnosis and Treatment of Early or Mid-term Primary Chronic Kidney Disease

目的观察中西医结合、个体化治疗早中期原发慢性肾脏病的临床疗效,延缓慢性肾衰竭的进程。方法对43例早中期慢性肾脏病患者采用饮食营养、西药治疗(包括降压、调脂等)结合中医辨证论治。结果 43例患者治疗后不仅能改善症状与证候,减少尿蛋白及尿红细胞,降低血肌酐,且治疗1年后,患者的GFR较治前有明显升高,差异有统计学意义。结论中西医结合、个体化治疗早中期慢性肾脏病患者,不仅能延缓肾功能减退的速率,且能逆转部分患者的病情。

Objective To observe the individual therapy combined Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） and Western Medicine（WM） for the early and Med-primary chronic kidney disease, and the delaying process of chronic renal failure. Methods Apply the diet nutrition,western medicine（reducing blood pressure and adjusting lipid）combined with TCM treatment based on the dialectical theory of governance to 43 cases of the early and Med-primary chronic kidney disease patients. Results The patients were not only relieved of symptoms and signs,reduced urinary protein,red cells and Serum creatinine,but also raised GFR obviously after one year treatment. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The individualized treatment of combining TCM with WM not only can defer the rate of renal dysfunction,but also can reverse the disease in some early and Med-primary chronic kidney disease patients.
