热毒宁注射液联合潘生丁口服治疗轻症手足口病150例的临床体会

Observation on the Clinical Therapeutic Effect of Reduning Injection and oral Dipyridamole in Treat ment of Mild Hand-foot-mouth Disease

目的探讨治疗轻症手足口病的有效临床方法。方法选取2006年6月～2010年6月我院儿科门诊收治的手足口轻症病例300例,随机分为两组,治疗组150例给予热毒宁注射液静脉滴注联合潘生丁口服;对照组150例给予利巴韦林注射液静脉滴注联合抗病毒口服液口服。比较治疗组和对照组的治疗效果。结果两组患儿在退热时间、皮疹消退时间方面均有显著性差异。结论应用热毒宁注射液联合潘生丁治疗轻症手足口病可明显缩短病程和改善预后。

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Reduning injection on children Hand-foot-mouth disease with Reduning injection and Dipyridamole. Methods All 300 pediatric patients with Hand-foot-mouth disease during lune 2006 to June 2010 were chosen according to the diagnostic ctiteria and randomly divided into the treatment group （150 cases）and the control group （150 cases）. Patients in the treatment group were administered with Reduning injection and Dipyridamole,and in the control group with Ribavirin injection and kangbingdu Syrup,and then the curative effects were observed. Results The time of pyretolysis,dental ulcer concrescence and deflorescence in treatment group were shorter than that in control group. Conclusion Using Reduning and Dipyridamole cart effectively improve the clinical symptoms and show a certain effect on Hand-foot-mouth disease.
