彩超对66例乳腺肿块的临床诊断价值分析

The Value Analysis of Ultrasound Diagnosis of 66 Cases with Breast Tumor

目的应用彩超对乳腺肿块的声像图特征进行观察分析，进一步探讨彩超对诊断乳腺肿块良恶性判断的临床价值。方法选择我院2008年1月～2011年1月经病理活检确诊的66例乳腺肿块患者，其中良性肿块36例，恶性肿块30例。对比分析良恶幽中块的超声声像图特征及良、恶性肿块的血流信号分帮隋况和血流Vmax、Vmin及RI值。结果良性肿块共36例，恶性肿块共30例，恶性肿块的Vmax、Vmin、RI均明显高于良性肿块组，差异有统计学意义。Adler分级结果显示：恶性肿块以Ⅱ－Ⅲ级为主，良性肿块以0～Ⅰ级为主，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论彩超应用于乳腺肿块的检查对预测乳腺肿块的良恶性具有重要的临床价值，值得推广。

Objective To explore Color Doppler sonographic features of breast tumor,and to further explore the color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast masses to determine the clinical value. Methods All 66 pathologically confirmed cases of breast biopsy tumor patients in our hospital from January 2008 to January 2011,benign tumor was 36 cases,malignant tumor was 30 cases. To compare and analyze the sonographic features of benign and malignant tumors,and to show the blood flow distribution,blood flow Vmax,Vmin and RI values of CDFI. Results The Vmax,Vmin,RI of 36 cases benign tumor and 30 cases malignant tumor were significantly difference. Adler classification results：malignant tumor in the main class Ⅱ-Ⅲ ,benign tumor to 0- Ⅰ class-based,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound examination used to predict breast lumps benign and malignant breast tumors has important clinical value worthy of promotion.
