摘要
目的研究噪声强度及工龄对从业人员听力的影响及其预防措施。方法采用HS6288E多功能噪声分析仪测定车间内的噪声强度,使用美国生产的GSI-I6型纯音听力计,在本底噪声小于30dB(A)的隔音室内检查双耳的纯音气导听力。结果听力损伤随着噪声强度及工龄的增加而增加,且以高频听力损伤为主。结论噪声性耳聋尚无有效的治疗方法,应以预防为主。
Objective To research the influence of noise intensity and different seniority to workes' hearing, in order to provide with effective health protective measures. Methods HS6288E multifunctional noise analyzer was adopted to determine the noise intensity of workplace, the type of GSI-I6 pure tone audiometer made in USA was used to examine the ears of pure gas leading hearing in the bottom noise less than 30dB(A) sound insulation indoor. Results Hearing loss increased as noise intensity and length of seniority increased, and mainly high frequency hearing loss. Conclusion There is no effective treatment of noise induced hearing loss, we should put on the prevention of methods.
