宫颈注射安定和利多卡因配合心理治疗在绝经妇女取环中的应用

Cervical Stability and Lidocaine Injections Therapy in Postmenopausal Women with Intrauterine Application

目的探讨宫颈注射安定和利多卡因配合心理治疗在绝经妇女取环中的应用效果。方法绝经后要求取环的妇女共167例,其中采用宫颈注射安定和利多卡因配合心理治疗取环的100例为治疗组,采用传统常规的机械扩张宫颈法施行取环的67例为对照组,对两组的体征、手术时间、术中出血量、镇痛效果、取环成功率进行对比分析。结果治疗组在体征、手术时间、术中出血量、镇痛效果及取环成功率方面均明显优于对照组,两组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫颈注射安定和利多卡因配合心理治疗在绝经妇女取环术中,可使宫颈松弛更佳,全身及局部镇静、镇痛更明显,患者高度配合,大大提高了取环成功率。

Objective To research cervical injection lidocaine with stability and psychological therapy in postmenopausal women with psychological treatment for ring the application effect. Methods Postmenopausal women who took part required a total of 167 cases, included the cervical injection stability and lidocaine for ring with psychological therapy for the treatment of the group of 100 cases,the traditional conventional mechanical expansion of cervical method for ring of 67 cases control group,two groups women,signs,operative time,blood loss,analgesic effect,the success rate were analyzed. Results The signs,operation time,peri-operative bleeding and analgesic effect and the success rate of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,there was statistically significant dif- ferences between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Stability and cervical lidocaine injection therapy in postmenopausal women with psychological treatment for ring intraoperative,can make the cervical relaxation is better,systemic and local sedation,analgesia is more obvious in patients with a high degree of cooperation, and greatly improve the success rate for ring.
