地塞米松治疗急性虹膜睫状体炎局部给药的疗效分析

Efficacy Analysis of Topical Administration Dexamethasone in the Treatment of Acute Iridocyclitis

目的分析地塞米松局部给药治疗急性虹膜睫状体炎临床治疗效果,选择最佳的用药方式。方法将我院眼科收治的急性虹膜睫状体炎患者共94例,按入院顺序随机分为局部给药组和全身给药组,分别为48例和46例。局部给药组用注射器在患眼结膜下注射地塞米松,并配合阿托品散瞳;全身给药组给予患者静脉滴注地塞米松、抗生素、维生素等,同时给予散瞳剂扩瞳;治疗结束后,对两组患者相关临床指标进行分析比较。结果局部给药组患者治疗的有效率较全身给药组有效率相差不大,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);同时,治疗后局部给药组并发症发生率、复发率明显低于全身用药组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论地塞米松局部给药可有效治疗急性虹膜睫状体炎,不失为治疗急性虹膜睫状体炎可供选择的有效方法之一。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of topical administration dexamethasone in the treatment of acute iridocyclitis to select the best way of medicine usage. Methods A total of 94 cases acute iridocyclitis patients in ophthalmology department of our hospital were randomly divided into the local administration group and general administration group according to the order of hospitalization, each group is respectively 48 and 46 cases. Local administration group with a syringe in conjunctival injection of dexamethasone,and with atropine mydriasis;Systemic administration of patients given intravenous dexamethasone group, antibiotics,vitamins,while giving little mydriatic pupil dilation;After the end of treatment,two groups of patients with relevant clinical indexes are analyzed and compared. Results The local administration group therapy for patients with effective rate than systemic delivery group patients have efficiency difference, the difference was not statistically significant（P^0.05）;At the same time, after treatment with topical administration of incidence rate of complications, recurrence rate was significantly lower than the systemic medication group, difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Topical administration dexamethasone may be effective in the treatment of acute iridocyclitis, is regarded as one choice of the effective methods for the treatment of acute iridocyclitis.
