神经周浸润在乳腺癌中的意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的:对乳腺浸润性导管癌神经周浸润与肿瘤的大小、肿瘤的组织学分级、肿瘤的TNM分期、淋巴结转移、5年存活率、肿瘤标志物CEA等之间的关系进行探讨。方法:65例乳腺浸润性导管癌组织常规取材制片,HE、Goden-Sweet网染,laminin、CEA、vimentinS-P法免疫标记染色,光镜观察。结果:神经周浸润与肿瘤大小、肿瘤的组织学分级、肿瘤的TNM分期、淋巴结转移率均成正相关;与淋巴管浸润关系密切,与血管浸润无明显关系;与5年存活率有关,即神经周浸润阳性的5年存活率低于神经周浸润阴性。结论:神经周浸润应作为乳腺浸润性导管癌一种重要的预后参数。神经周浸润阳性的病例,其预后较差。 Purpose To study the relation of the perineural Invaslon in breast invasive ductal carcinoma tothe size, histological classification, TNM period, metastases of lymph nodes and 5 years survival rate of the tu-mor. Methods Sixty--five cases of breast invasive ductal carcinoma were stained by HE, Godern-Sweet retic-urlar fibres staining method, Laminin, CEA, vimentin were stained by immuniohistochemical S-P method. Re-sults Postive correlation was found between the perineural invasion and the tumor size, classification, TNMperiod and metastases of lymph nodes. Perineural invasion was relation to 5 years survival rate and lymphvesselesinvasion. But was not relation with blood vesseles invasion. Conclusion Perineural invasion may serve as a veryimportant prognostic predictor in the breast carcinoma. The higher the positive rate of the perineural invasion,the worse the prognosis of the patients.
