摘要
全颌种植固定义齿游离臂(CA)长度的控制一直是临床的研究热点,本研究在建立全下颌种植固定义齿三维各向异性有限元模型的基础上,计算200Nf力垂直加载时种植义齿各组成部分的受力。结果表明:1.全颌种植固定义齿CA增长可导致义齿各组成部分应力增大,当长度超过14mm时,应力增加的幅度更大。2.全颌种植固定义齿游离臂增长对种植体骨界面尤其是末端种植体骨界面的危害最大,其次是末端种植体,但对支架的影响较小。
How to control cantilever arm length of complete fixed denture has been a hot topic in clinic.This study based on a three-dimensional anisotropic finite element modle,investigate the stress distribution on every component of the complete fixed denture when vertical force 200N was applied to the prosthese. Stress distribution of every component in the prosthese was measured. The results showed that:1.As cantilever arm length was extended,the maximum stress on implants,implant-bone interface and framework increased. Besides, while cantilever lengths exceeds 14 mm,the maximum stress on these components increased at a great deal. 2. The extension of the cantilever length of complete fixed denture had a bad influence on the implant osseous interface, especially the osseous interface of distal implants. The distal implants were influenced, too. And there is few influences on the framework.
