摘要
对38例牙缺失伴局部骨量不足的患者,在牙种植体植入同期,分别采用羟基磷灰石HA、HA加自体骨、脱钙骨和自体骨移植,增加种植床的三维骨量。37例获得成功,1例失败。结果表明:牙种植体植入同期植骨修复局部骨缺损是可行的,有利于拓展种植义齿修复的适应症和提高长期成功率。HA,HA加自体骨、脱钙骨和自体骨均可作为植骨材料,但应根据骨量不足的类型进行选择。
Endosseous implants with simultaneous bone grafts were used in 38 locally edentulous patients with the alveolar process inadequacy. The grafting materials consisted of hydroxylapatite(HA)granulose, HA granulose mixed with autologous bone, demineralized bone and autologous bone. Out of these 38 cases,37 cases were successful, 1 case was failed. Results show that endosseous implants with simultaneous bone grafts can be used in the edentulous patients with the bone volume inadequacy in implant bed. The method is helpful to expanding the denture indication of denture implantation and raising long_term success rate. HA,HA mixed with autologous bone, demineralized bone and autologous bone can be used for repairing bone defect. But these materials should be chosen on the basis of the different types of alveolar processes inadequate.
