乳腺癌术后皮肤转移1例

Cutaneous metastasis from carcinoma of the breast after mastectomy:a case report

一例乳腺癌患者术后发生皮肤转移。患者女，58岁。临床特征：左胸部一直径8cm溃疡，其周围至背部、右上肢为边界不清的湿润性红斑。丘疹和结节。组织病理显示：真皮淋巴管内及增生的胶原束间可见大小不等的肿瘤团块、瘤细胞异型明显，未见腺腔分化。

We describe a 58-year -old woman with cutaneous metaststasis from carcinoma of the breastafter mastectomy.The climical manifestations were characterized by an ulcer with a diameter of 8cm onthe right chest and several poor-dermarcated indurated erythemas, papulse and nodules that scatteredover the back and right upper limb.The histologic findings revealed that larger or small groups of tumorcells infiltrating in dermal lymphatic and between thickened collagens bundles, the tumor cells wereatypical and without differentiation towards glandular lumina.
