脉冲微波治疗儿童支气管肺炎临床观察

Adjuvant microwave therapy for children with bronchopneumonia

目的观察脉冲微波在辅助治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效。方法 132例小儿支气管肺炎患儿随机分为两组。对照组用传统方法治疗,治疗组(n=61)在对照组(n=71)传统治疗的基础上加用脉冲微波治疗,评价两组间疗效差异。结果微波辅助治疗组小儿支气管肺炎疗效与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论微波辅助治疗小儿支气管肺炎疗效肯定、安全,值得推广使用。

Objective To assess the efficacy of microwave therapy for children with bronchopneumonia.Methods This study enrolled 132 children with bronchopneumonia who were randomized into microwave group（n=61） and control group（n=71）.Those in microwave group were treated with conventional plus microwave.The efficacy was evaluated.Results Great significance was noted between the two groups（P0.01）.Conclusion Microwave therapy is effective and safe for bronchopneumonia in children,which is worthy to be applied clinically.
