摘要
目的探讨亲情护理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的应用效果。方法将慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者30例在传统护理的基础上实施亲情护理(观察组),同期住院的30例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者实施传统护理(对照组),调查治疗前后焦虑及抑郁情况、治疗依从性及患者满意度状况。结果入院时两组患者焦虑和抑郁比较差异无统计学意义,而治疗后观察组焦虑和抑郁得分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),且患者治疗依从性和满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者实施亲情护理,能减轻焦虑和忧郁,提高患者的治疗依从性和满意度。
Objective Discussion on affection of Kindness nursing in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease effects.Methods 30 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients in conventional care on the basis of Kindness nursing（Observer group）.Hospital in the same period of 30 patients of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients with conventional care（Control group）.Survey before and after treatment of anxiety and depression,treatment compliance and patient satisfaction.Results Are occasions when two groups of patients with anxiety and depression comparison difference was not statistically significant,observer Group after the treatment of anxiety and depression scores significantly lower than the control group（P0.05）,and patients treatment compliance and satisfaction with significantly higher than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Kindness nursing on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients,to alleviate anxiety and depression,treatment compliance and improve patient satisfaction.
