Analysis of complications related to transurethral resection of the prostate

摘要 目的探讨经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)的常见并发症及其防治措施。方法回顾分析1650例良性前列腺增生症(BPH)行TURP术患者的并发症。结果主要并发症:经尿道前列腺电切综合征(TURS)22例,术中出血需输血56例,术后出血再次手术止血20例,暂时性尿失禁6例,尿道狭窄36例,膀胱颈挛缩25例,附睾炎20例。以上并发症经妥善处理,预后良好,无死亡病例。结论TURP并发症有多种因素引起,预防TURP并发症的关键是熟练的手术技术及掌握其防治对策。 Objective To investigate the complications related to transurethral resection of the prostate（TURP）.Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out in 1650 cases treated by TURP.Results The complications included transurethral resection syndrome in 22 cases,intraoperative bleeding in 56 cases,postoperative bleeding in 20 cases,urinary incontinence in 6 cases,urethral stricture in 36 cases,bladder neck contracture in 25 cases and epididymitis in 20 cases.ConclusionThe key for prevention of the complications of TURP is perfect TURP procedures and effective prevention and management of the complications.
