乳腺癌组织中TGF-β1和hMSH2的表达及意义 被引量:4

Expression and significance of TGF-β1 and hMSH2 in breast cancer

摘要 目的探讨乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)与错配修复基因hMSH2蛋白表达及其临床意义。方法用免疫组化方法检测68例乳腺癌切除石蜡标本中TGF-β1和hMSH2的表达,分析其与病理参数的关系。结果 68例乳腺癌组织中,TGF-β1阳性表达率为61.8%,hMSH2阳性表达率为54.4%。TGF-β1和hMSH2蛋白表达均与淋巴结转移呈正相关(P<0.05)。TGF-β1和hMSH2蛋白表达呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 TGF-β1可能通过下调hMSH2蛋白水平,影响DNA错配修复系统而促进乳腺癌的发生和发展。 Objective To explore the expressions and clinical significance of transform growth factor(TGF)β1 and human MutS homolog2 gene(hMSH2) in breast cancer.Methods The expressions TGF-β1 and hMSH2 proteins were detected by immunohistochemistry in 68 cases of breast cancer.The relationship of the expressions and pathology was analyzed.Results The positive expression rates of TGF-β1 and hMSH2 in breast cancer were 61.8% and 54.4%,respectively.The expressions of TGF-β1 and hMSH2 were closely correlated with lymph nodes metastasis(P0.05).The expression of TGF-β1 was negatively correlated to that of hMSH2 in breast cancer(P0.05).Conclusion By downregulating the expression of hMSH2,TGF-β1 may affect the DNA mismatch repair system and promote the pathogenesis and progression of breast cancer.
