CEACAM1表达与乙肝相关性肝癌微血管生成的关系

Relationship between CEACAM1 expression and angiogenesis in HBV related hepatocelular carcinoma

摘要 目的:探讨癌胚抗原相关细胞黏附分子1(CEACAM1)在乙肝相关性肝癌中的表达与微血管生成的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法(SP法)检测81例乙肝相关性肝癌组织中CEACAM1及CD105的表达情况,分析CEACAM1和CD105标记的MVD与乙肝相关性肝癌临床病理特征的关系。结果:81例乙肝相关性肝癌组织中CEACAM1表达阳性率为71.60%(58/81),CD105在本组肝癌组织中的阳性表达率为100%(81/81),CEACAM1及CD105-MVD分别与肿瘤直径、包膜浸润、门静脉侵袭、淋巴结转移和TNM分期密切相关(P<0.05),其中CEACAM1阳性组MVD值与阴性组间差异具有统计学意义(t=3.588,P=0.001),CEACAM1阴性组MVD值较高。结论:乙肝相关性肝癌中CEACAM1的表达下调可能参与肿瘤微血管生成,提高其侵袭及转移能力。 Objective:To investigate the relationship between carcinoembryonic antigen-related cell adhesion molecule 1(CEACAM1) expression and angiogenesis of HBV related hepatocelular carcinoma.Methods: CEACAM1 and CD105 expression was detected by immunohistochemistry in 81 cases of HBV related hepatocelular carcinoma,MVD of the section marked with CD105 antibody was calculated,and the relationship between MVD and the clinical pathological characteristics of HBV related hepatocelular carcinoma was analyzed.Results: The positive rates of CEACAM1 and CD105 in HBV related hepatocelular carcinoma were 71.60%(58/81),100%(81/81).CEACAM1 and CD105-MVD were closely associated with tumour size,capsule invasion,portal vein invasion,nodal metastasis,TNM staging.The MVD in CEACAM1 negative expression group was significantly higher than those in CEACAM1 positive expression group(t=3.588,P=0.001).Conclusion: Decreasing CEACAM1 may participate in tumor angiogenesis,and promote its capability of invasion and metastasis.
