摘要
目的:观察多西他赛、奥沙利铂联合方案治疗晚期胃癌的疗效和安全性。方法:经病理证实的晚期胃癌患者26例,采用多西他赛联合奥沙利铂,治疗2-4个周期。按照RECIST标准和WHO毒性反应分级标准,分别评价疗效和毒性。结果:26例晚期胃癌患者中,获得CR 0例,PR 8例,SD 12例,PD 6例,总有效率30.8%,疾病控制率76.9%;中位TTP 6.3个月,中位总生存10.7个月,毒性反应主要为血液学毒性、消化道反应和神经毒性等。结论:多西他赛、奥沙利铂联合方案治疗晚期胃癌的客观疗效高,安全性好。
Objective：To observe the efficacy and safety of docetaxel combined with oxaliplatin in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods： Twenty six patients with advanced gastric cancer were treated with docetaxel and oxaliplatin 2-4 cycle of treatment.According to RECIST criteria and WHO toxicity classification standard,the efficacy and toxicity were evaluated.Results： Among 26 cases,there were CR 0,PR 8,SD 12,PD 6,Overall response rate was 30.8%,disease control rate was 76.9%;median TTP was 6.3 months,median overall survival 10.7 months.Conclusion： Combination of docetaxel and oxaliplatin in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer is an effective and safe regimen.
