摘要
目的:探讨7-氯苄基四氢巴马汀抗心律失常的作用机制。方法:用离休豚鼠心乳头肌标本,观察7-Chlor-BTHP对其生理特性的影响。结果:30μmol.L-17-Chlor-BTHP能增强豚鼠心乳头肌的收缩力,±dT/dtmax也明显增加,明显延长功能性不应期,50μmol.L-17-Chlor-BTHP显著抑制肾上腺素诱发自律性的作用,同时降低兴奋性。结论:7—Chlor—BTHP抗心律失常作用可能与降低自律性、延长功能性不应期有关。
To study the mechanism of antiarrhythemic effect of 7 -chlor- BTHP. Methods The influence of 7 -chlor - BTHP on some physiological properties of isolatedguinea pig papillary muscle were observed. Results 30mol L-1 7-chlor-BTHP increased contractility and ±dT/dtmax, markedly prolonged the functional refractory period (FRP), while50μmol. L-l 7-chlor-BTHP inhibited adrenaline-induced automaticity, and decreased theexcitability of isolated guinea pig papillaly muscle. Conclusion The antiarrhythemic action of 7 chlor - BTHP is related to prolonging the refractory Period and decreasing the automaticity.
