摘要
以钛酸丁酯为前驱物,离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐为模板剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法及微波干燥法制备了纳米TiO2光催化剂。通过XRD、SEM及BET对光催化剂进行结构表征,以甲基橙溶液为模拟污染物,太阳光为光源,评价了其光催化活性,考察了模板剂及微波干燥条件对纳米TiO2光催化剂活性的影响。结果表明,采用离子液体作为模板剂,微波干燥条件下制备的TiO2光催化剂活性明显高于普通溶胶-凝胶法制备的TiO2光催化剂,光照3h甲基橙溶液降解率可达到95%。
The nano-TiO2 photocatalysts are prepared by means of the sol-gel method and microwave drying from Ti(OBu)4, with ionic liquds as template and modifier. Crystal type, average size and specific surface area of the nano-TiO2 photocatalysts are characterized by means of XRD and SEM. The experimental results of the photocatalytic degradating methyl orange indicate that the degradating ratio of methyl orange is 95% by the sun light irradiation in 3h, and the photocatalytic activity by microwave drying is significantly higher than the traditional sol gel method.
