摘要
酸洗过程数学模型可提高酸洗效率,既能防止带钢欠酸洗,又能把过酸洗控制到最低度。主要有两个控制点,即喷淋酸洗控制和温度控制,通过酸洗模型的应用,提高了整个酸洗产线的生产稳定性和经济性。
Mathematical model in pickling process can improve pickling efficiency, which not only can prevent the lack picking of the strip, but also can keep the degree of over pickling lowest. There are mainly two control points, the spray pickling control and the temperature control. The application of the model in the pickling line can improve the stability and economy of the production line.
