添加剂对石蜡混合物热性能影响的研究 被引量:4

摘要 研究了适于墙体中使用的一种石蜡混合物在分别加入不同百分比的铝、铜、硅等粉末后导热系数的变化,并验证了各种添加剂对石蜡混合物相变温度和相变潜热的影响,分析了3种粉末物质的添加提高石蜡导热性能的可行性。研究表明,在相变材料中添加导热系数高的材料能够强化相变材料的传热性能,不同添加物对导热系数的影响程度存在差异;相变材料添加高导热系数的粉末后,相变温度升高,相变潜热降低。研究结果可为墙体中相变材料的强化传热方法提供参考和依据。 Changes of thermal conductivity of paraffin mixtures joined different percentage of aluminum, copper, silicon powder were studied. Feasibility of three kinds of powder materials added to paraffin to enhance paraffin' thermal properties were studied. On the other hand, the effect on different additives to paraffin's phase change tem perature and phase change latent heat was analyzed. The results show that adding high conductivity material into PCM is able to enhance the thermal propertity, and the effect of different additives are different. The phase change tempera tures of PCM increase, and the phase change latent heat decrease after joining high conductivity materials into PCM. The results can provide references and basis for the transfer enforcement of phase change materials used in wall.
