摘要
木质素广泛存在于几乎所有的植物类生物质材料中,利用微生物降解木质素不仅可以缓解环境污染,还可以变废为宝,实现资源的循环利用。综述了降解木质素的微生物种类、木质素降解酶的理化性质和作用机理、营养调控等方面的研究进展,以期为木质素生物降解法的深入研究提供参考。
Lignin, a resistant cell-wall constituent of all vascular plants, is the second most abundant organic substance on earth. Biodegradation of lignin could not only alleviate pollution but also turn "waste" into wealth as well as realize resource recycling. Research advances in biodegradation of lignin, including microorganisms, physical and chemical characteristics of the lignin-degrading enzymes, degradation mechanism and the nutrition regulations have been reviewed for the purpose of development and application of lignin biodegradation.
