三丁基氧化锡对菲律宾蛤仔免疫损伤机理的研究 被引量:1

摘要 选用生长在潮间带的重要水产经济物种菲律宾蛤仔,研究了三丁基氧化锡(TBTO)对其在非特异性免疫系统中起关键性作用的血细胞和酚氧化酶的影响作用。结果表明,TBTO能引起菲律宾蛤仔血细胞数量剧烈减少,显著降低其酚氧化酶的合成量、总酶活性和比活性,进而破坏菲律宾蛤仔免疫系统。该项研究为尽早建立海洋环境污染物毒性检测体系创造了条件。
