MHD患者血清NT-proBNP、leptin和血浆Hcy的变化和心血管疾病的关系

Correlation Between the Changes of Serum NT-proBNP,Leptin and Plasma Hcy Levels in Patients with MHD and Cardiovascular Disease

目的:探讨维持性血液透析(MHD)患者血中N端脑利钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、瘦素(leptin)和同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的变化及其和心血管疾病的关系。方法:将69例MHD患者分为心血管疾病组(CVD)和非心血管疾病组(NCVD),另选取30例健康人为对照组,检测其血清NT-proBNP、leptin和Hcy的水平。结果:两组透析患者血清NT-proBNP、leptin和Hcy的水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),MHD伴CVD组与NCVD组比较,CVD组高于NCVD组,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05),。结论:MHD患者NT-proBNP、leptin和Hcy的水平变化可监测心血管疾病的发生,有利于早诊断、早干预,对患者的预后有重要的临床价值。

Objective To evaluate the relationship between N-terminal pro B-type natriuretic peptide（NT-proBNP）,Leptin,homocysteine（Hcy） and cardiovascular disease（CVD） in maintenance hemodialysis（MHD） patients.Methods A total of 69 MHD patients and 30 healthy controls were recruited,and the levels of NT-proBNP,leptin and Hcy were measured.Results The differences of NT-proBNP,leptin and Hcy were significantly between MHD group and the controls（P0.01）.Occurrence of CVD in patients on MHD have higher concentrations of NT-proBNP,leptin and Hcy,compared to those without CVD（P0.05）.Conclusion Serum levels of NT-proBNP,leptin and Hcy are independently associated CVD,suggesting that they might be the significant predictors of the occurrence of CVD in MHD patients.
