胃癌患者手术治疗前后血清CA72-4、Hcy和CysC检测的临床评估

Clinical Assessment of Determination of Changes of Serum CA72-4,Hcy and CysC Levels Both Before and After Operation in Patients with Gastric Cancer

目的:探讨了胃癌患者手术治疗前后血清CA72-4、Hcy和CysC水平的变化及临床意义。方法:应用放免法、免疫法和胶乳增强免疫法对32例胃癌患者进行了手术治疗前后血清CA72-4、Hcy和CysC检测,并与35名正常健康人作比较。结果:胃癌患者在手术前血清CA72-4、Hcy和CysC水平均非常显著地高于正常人组(P<0.01),手术后6个月未复发28例中明显下降接近于正常人组水平,而复发的4例,其数值又回升至手术前水平(P<0.01)。结论:检测胃癌患者血清CA72-4、Hcy和CysC水平的变化可作为诊断和疗效观察的指标。

Objective To assess the changes of serum CA72-4,Hcy and Cys C levels both before and after operation in patients with gastric cancer.Methods Serum CA72-4（with RIA）,serum Hcy（with immunochemistry） and Cys C（with latex-enhanced immunoturbidimetry） levels were determined in 32 patients with gastric cancer both before and after operation as well as in 35 normal healthy controls.Results Before operation serum CA72-4,Hcy and CysC levels in the patients were significantly higher than those in the controls（P0.01）,In 28 of postoperative cases without recurrence at 6 months the levels remained dropped markedly and approached those in controls.However in 4 patients with recurrence,the levels increased again.Approaching those before surgery.Conclusion Serum levers of CA72-4,Hcy,Cys C might be useful as an indicalor for diagnosis and predicting therapeutic efficacy after operation in patients with gastric cancer.
