摘要
目的探讨葛根素治疗慢性肺心病心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法将56例肺心病心力衰竭患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各28例,均给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用葛根素,14天为一个疗程,治疗结束后比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率92.8%,对照组总有效率71.4%,经统计学处理两组总有效率有显著差异(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论葛根素治疗可提高肺心病心力衰竭的临床疗效。
Objective To study the effect of puerarin on chronic pulmonary heart disease with heart failure.Methods 56 patients with pulmonary heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Both groups received conventional therapy.The treatment group were treated based on puerarin.Results The total effective rate in treatment group and control group 92.8% and 71.4%（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Puerarin can increase the efficacy of treatment of pulmonary heart failure.
