影响肿瘤患者PICC一次置管成功率的原因分析

Analysis of the first inserted success rate of PICC for cancer patients

目的分析影响肿瘤患者PICC一次置管成功率的原因,以提高PICC一次置管成功率。方法回顾性分析179例行PICC置管的肿瘤患者,通过将PICC一次置管成功率与肿瘤患者性别、不同穿刺部位、不同血管、有无PICC置管史及有无化疗史进行统计学分析,寻找影响PICC一次置管成功率的因素。结果肿瘤患者PICC一次置管成功率与患者性别、不同穿刺部位、不同血管及有无PICC置管史之间无统计学差异(P>0.05),而与患者有无化疗史有统计学差异(P<0.05),未行化疗的肿瘤患者PICC一次置管成功率要高于已行化疗患者的PICC一次置管成功率。结论护理人员应加强PICC宣教,鼓励患者在首次化疗前行PICC置管,以提高PICC的一次置管成功率。

Objective To improve the success rate of PICC,we analysis the reasons which affect the success rate of PICC catheter for cancer patients.Methods 179 routine PICC catheter in cancer patients were analyzed and compareed the success rates of PICC catheter for cancer patients with different gender,puncture site,blood vessels,whether the PICC catheter,with or without chemotherapy.We discusses the factors which affect the success rate of PICC catheter through the statistical analysis.Results There was no significant difference of a success rate of PICC catheter between sex,different puncture site,blood vessels and the presence of different history of PICC catheter（P〈0.05）.While,There was a significant difference in patients With or without chemotherapy history（P〈0.05）.The success rates of PICC catheter in cancer patients without chemotherapy is higher than patients with chemotherapy history.Conclusion The nursing staff should strengthen the missionary of PICC,as well as encourage patients to accept PICC catheter before first chemotherapy.
