摘要
为了解铝粉作为防爆剂在浇注料中的发气过程,从金属铝粉的粒度(≤0.25、≤0.15和≤0.075 mm)、加入量(占浇注料总质量的0.15%、0.2%、0.25%和0.3%)、环境温度(25、30和35℃)及水泥加入量(其质量分数分别为0、3%、4%和5%)4个方面,对低水泥刚玉浇注料(去除骨料的基质料浆)中金属铝粉的发气性能进行了试验研究。结果表明,金属铝粉的发气起始时间只与环境温度和浇注料基质浆料中水泥含量即碱性有关;金属铝粉的加入量相同时,其发气量与其粒度及环境温度有关。
Influences of grain size of AI powder ( ≤ 0. 25, ≤ 0. 15 and ≤ 0. 075 mm), mass percent of AI powder (0.1,5% ,0.2% ,0.25% and 0. 3% ) ,environmental temperature (25,30 and 35 ℃) ,mass percent of cement (0,3% ,4% and 5% ) on gas-forming performance of Al powder in low cement corundum castables (slurry) were studied. The results show that.starting time of gas-forming of AI powder is only related to environmental temperature and cement content in castable matrix slurry namely basicity;when the addition of AI powder is the same, gas-forming amount is related to its grain size and environmental temperature.
