摘要
以湖北岩峰地区的天然白云石为原料,在实验室内采用二步煅烧法制备了镁钙砂,研究了轻烧温度(分别为750、800、850、900、950、1 000℃)和轻烧保温时间(分别为1、1.5、2、2.5、3、3.5 h)对轻烧白云石的活性度,镁钙砂的体积密度、显气孔率和抗水化性的影响,以及煅烧温度(分别为1 550、1 600、1 650、1 700℃)对镁钙砂的体积密度、显气孔率和抗水化性的影响,确定了实验室制备镁钙砂的最佳工艺为:轻烧温度850℃,轻烧保温时间3 h,烧结温度1 650℃。
Magnesia calcia sand was prepared with Hubei Yanfeng natural dolomite as starting material by two-step calcining method in lab. Influences of light calcining temperature (750,800,850,900,950 and 1 000 ℃) and soaking time (1,1.5,2,2.5,3 and 3.5 h) on activity of light calcined dolomite, bulk density,apparent porosity and hydration resistance of magnesia calcia sand, and influence of clacining temperature ( 1 550, 1 600,1 650 and 1 700 ℃) on bulk density,apparent porosity and hydration resistance of magnesia calcia sand were researched. The determined optimum technical process is light calcining temperature 850 ℃, light calcining soaking time 2, h,and sintering temperature 1 650 ℃.
