摘要
为了综合利用废弃的铝热法钒铁渣(其主要成分为Al2O3、CaO、MgO),全部以钒铁渣为原料研制了钒铁渣耐火浇注料。性能检测表明,该浇注料强度高,抗渣侵蚀性和抗热震性优异,加热永久线变化率也符合标准要求。该浇注料在攀钢炼铁厂高炉渣口流嘴和渣沟开展了现场试验,使用效果良好,寿命长。
To make good use of the ferrovanadium slag waste from aluminothermy which contained AI203 ,CaO, and MgO,ferrovanadium slag castables were prepared. The results show that the castables has high strength, excellent slag corrosion resistance and thermal shock resistance, and its permanent linear change on heating also satisfies standard. The castables have been successfully applied in the taphole and slag trough of BF in Panzhihua Iron and Steel Group Co. ,Ltd. ,obtaining good performance and long service life.
